Please do not transfer ownership to the town of Wasaga Beach. I am afraid that present council headed by Mayor Brian Smith will turn around and develop the beaches building condos etc. the most disappointing beach that broke my heart was Waikiki Beach. Condos as far as you can see and a very narrow strip of beach. .Disgusting. We do not need hotels or condos on the beach. We need to keep our tourism. We are home to the longest freshwater beach in the world. That is what we are known for. The beach, not hotels and condos. Most of our day trippers come prepared for the day bringing coolers of food, drinks and snacks. I moved here because of the beach and want to stay here because of the beach. Leave the condos in Mississauga and Toronto. We moved here to get away from the concrete jungles. I vote NO to the transfer 🌅🦋🌹
