This site is a sore eyes at its current stage, we need more affordable housing in the city and fast.

There are solutions to prevent noise pollution from the train yard, perhaps build a sound barrier. Not developing the site and preventing hundreds of affordable and market price units from buying built is not an acceptable solution.

Highly recommend building to energy efficient homes that are air tight as it helps minimize noise pollution to residents.
