As a Ward 1 Hamilton Resident, registered professional planner and chief planner for another Ontario municipality, I urge the Privince to support this request for an MZO. The site’s location in proximity to social services, a prime corridor in Hamilton (James Street), adjacency to a Go Transit Station and in an area that has seem limited intensification, this development will be very important to the maturation of the City and in responding to the many social issues that the municipality is subject to.

I further urge you to ignore what are overreaching comments from CN Rail and the local residents that are coming out in opposition to the proposed density..
