Dear Minister :
The City of Hamilton has been waiting for almost 10 years to rebuild Janesville. CN has stopped this development due to fears of noise levels. I grew up near the tracks and CN was never concerned about the noise and pollution way bak in the1966s. It’s time for CN to withdraw its complaint, so that affordable public housing can be built. There are thousands of people waiting for a home in our area. Hundreds have been displaced for many years, thanks to the selfishness of a big corporation. Do the right thing and approve the request from the City of Hamilton.
