The present site is a EYE SORE and requires demolition. Other houses etc in the same area have complained about the condition of the site. I am lead to believe C.N. is objecting to the development of the site due to the noise. It is ashame to let this development DRAG ON so,long with homeless people taking the brunt. In the private sector, the developer would walk AWAY from this project. Regardless of who is to blame, GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER AND GET THIS DONE
