This is one time where the support of the province through this MZO request is needed to help with a municipal issue. It is a travesty, given the issues of lack of affordable housing and those people living with homelessness or unsafe housing in Hamilton, that the James North site has not gone ahead with redevelopment as previously planned. I support this request so that this project can go ahead ASAP.
