As a resident of the town of blue mountains and avid rock climber, I regularly visit devil's glen. Climbers are generally among the most environmentally conscious users of public spaces, and climbing areas are rare and precious resource to those that that use them. Hopefully officially listing climbing as an activity for the area will put and end to the vandalism and sabotaging of the area by the individuals protesting it.
