Support Bill 60 as it’s needed. Been through a 6 months wait for LTB while trying to retrieve my own property. Then 1 year after the tenant moved, I had to attend a trial filed by my tenant who moved out 1 year ago which I was not notified in anyway by them. Spent a whole day waiting with other cases, just to argue on insignificant issues. The system is so messy and inefficient.
Even though my tenant moved out for a year we are still hogging the system, cause they are trying to get some sort of payment.
