I find it extremely concerning that the supporting documentation provided by the proponent (Searchmont Ski Resort Inc.) supplied by Kresins Engineerings design brief only includes consultation records prior to July 21st at 12 PM. See section 4.2.3. Consultation > Neighbouring Properties and Interest Groups of the supporting documentations.

Kresin Engineering assured the public that all consultation and correspondence would be included in the application, continue through the application process and that the MECP is aware that consultation will be ongoing during the review process and that they would be providing updates on any comments received during the review process.

Why would they exclude ALL consultation that took place after this specific date and time? Only 5 days after the Public Information Center on July 16th. Do we assume they recieved an increase in contact and consultation - to whom they invited and encouraged - after the PIC and that consultation could have been damaging to their application?

I know for a fact that the PIC generated a lot of questions and concerns from the public. Myself included.

Either way, this comment / thought is another reason that leaves me questioning the integrity and trust for this proposal.
