Given the generous zoning allowing higher-density coverage for these properties in Oakville mid-town, what are the mandated time-frames for the completion of the towers? If the MZO is meant to help with housing affordability without a time-frame, how does this help the housing crisis?
If I remember correctly, the withdrawn proposal to remove lands from the Greenbelt required prompt development of the lands or the rezoning was withdrawn.
