Reject the repeal of the Toxic Reductions Act! To repeal this act threatens human and wildlife health through increased exposure to toxic chemicals. The Act, which requires certain
industrial facilities to consider ways to reduce the use and emission of toxic chemicals in
their operations, has protected us from unmitigated environmental damage. Do not remove this protection!!
