I agree with HCA’s submission to the ERO. HCA makes many valid points about drawbacks to merging and solutions for improvements to local CA’s.
Please take the time to read their submissions…’bigger is not better’. HCA effectively meets the needs of our communities and natural environments while remaining approachable and accountable. Taking away local decision making is only helpful to a bureaucracy that doesn’t require our input.
