There has to be a better and less invasive way to treat and dispose of waste water. Treating does not remove all contaminants like prescription medication’s. I have grown up swimming and fishing in the Goulais River. I absolutely am against any form of treated or untreated waste being discharged in or near the Goulais River.
Searchmont Resort has to find a better way that will not have any impact on this beautiful river. In the event or a storm or loss of mechanical systems, there is the possibility of direct discharge of untreated waste. I find this unacceptable.
