I have several concerns with the proposed changes. Primarily, the lack of consistency within the Ministry's own definitions of specific terms, inconsistencies for standards applying to the same things, a lack of updating practice and methodology specifically related to remote sensing and geo-physics, and no real updates to the engagement framework. The changes proposed to stage 1 and 2 processes are arbitrary and offer no real change or solution. I have attached a word document below highlighting my concerns with specific parts of the recommended changes, and concerns with the areas that weren't addressed or recommended for changes.
