I would like to commend the provincial government for their current efforts to connect communities via bicycle routes. I fear however, that the current efforts do not go far enough. As a resident of Timiskaming Shores, I am deeply disappointed that the proposed route does not extend northward beyond North Bay. Our community is recognized as a bicycle friendly community and it would be nice to be linked via bicycle routes to other like-minded communities. Please give some consideration to extending the current proposed route to include Timiskaming Shores.
