As a resident of Long Branch is south Etobicoke, reducing the minimum lot size below the prevailing just doesn't make any sense. Nothing good has come out of this to-date from what I've witnessed over the last decade. Consistently losing mature tree growth, reducing water absorbing areas and reducing the amount of natural appearance in a neighbourhood does nothing to contribute to an increasingly more challenging quality of life for everyone in the GTA already being punished by severe traffic jams which now happen daily and over a longer period each day.
