#1 Please DO NOT repeal this Act. The provincial MOE needs to be able to tract and monitor all toxic substances produced in this province and report that to our elected MPP's and their leader. If companies are violating the Toxic Reduction Act then fines need to happen at the provincial level and the Federal level if they are not staying within legislated guidelines. I understand that you want to reduce paperwork but this is an area that affects our environment and our health, We have already done a bad job in the past, lets us not repeat the same mistake again with you Rob Ford as our leader. Please show that you care about the next generations, not this bulldozing of ways that have been developed to help the world in which we live in.
