"The federal Chemicals Management Plan requires industry to reduce the use and/or release of certain toxic substances." ---- This is false!
There is NO requirement for industries to reduce the use of any toxic substances under the Federal Plan. By saying that the Federal Plan does the same thing as the Provincial Toxics Reduction Plan, you are misleading the public and being dishonest. Shame on you PCs.
Do not repeal the Toxics Reduction Act!
