I am a hunter and I went to great lengths to adhere to all the policies and regulations for bear hunting. It did make things extremely difficult... of course we're not going to put bait where there is a recreational trail or close to a road anyway but in regards to tourist camps in our area (putting up multiple sites) this makes it very difficult to sustain the 200m. I think 30 meters or even 50 meters is more appropriate.
