Bill 108 sounds like a plan that may impact animal species in a negative manner. Having developers with less restrictions and neighbourhoods with less say is not a good thing. My neighbourhood has already been dismantled as in services thanks to developers and city officials not caring about those already living there including the animal kingdom and natural landscapes. Think and re/think this for the better. Best practices should prevail. Thanks
