If I understand what is in Bill 108 it sounds like Conservation Authorities will need agreements with all the municipalities to keep doing what they're doing. This sounds like a lot of unnecessary work. And what if some municipalities agree and some don't? What will happen to these programs? Conservation Authorities are supposed to work on a watershed basis and this will make that difficult. I do not support this change.
