Removing Schedule 5 entirely from Bill 108 is critical to Ontario's biodiversity. This is more important than ever with the newest United Nations report sounding the alarm on the imminent extinction of one million species at an accelerated rate unprecedented in human history. Now is not the time to weaken the protection of our most vulnerable species for the sake of business.
