Well , it would be nice to know the dollar factor. Some of this process is hard to understand,confusing, I have read the proposal twice so far and still am somewhat confused especially between draw one and the secondary draw. Also how many tags will be available eg. Wmu 47. If there is still only one tag available how does that improve possibilities . Great to see something being done but I still don't see any science or wildlife management ,this is only hunter management.
