As I can see, nothing is mentioned about outfitters and tags. As usual, we are being denied our means of making a living because of the MNR.
If you would do your homework, you would see that nonresident archery hunters are on average 100% unsuccessfull at archery hunting moose. With that in mind, outfitters should be allocated a decent amount of archery tags. That would bring many dollars into the area, the MNR licenses and the outfitter.
