There needs to be changes to Section 2.3.4. Agricultural lot severances shall be permitted if they are typically infill situations where by the lot is not large enough to be used for agriculture and MDS setbacks are not negatively affected. There should be provision to place on title acceptance of MDS reduction on the current and future lot in order to promote future agriculture.

There should also be a clause if the council approves the decision unanimously that the province is not allowed or encourage to appeal a local decision. There needs to be more respect by the province of the people who have boots on the ground in that area.
