The Township of Tiny has a number of settlement areas and it should be clear that land can be removed from one settlement area and added to another. Section 1.1.3.9 should be updated to read:

1.1.3.9 Notwithstanding policy 1.1.3.8, municipalities may permit adjustments of settlement area boundaries outside a comprehensive review provided:

a) there would be no net increase in land within the settlement areas of the municipality;
