I am appalled. I have read the ERO Provincial Policy Statement Review ERO Number 019-0279 PPS. The proposed changes will quickly erode the hard earned protection the current ERO provides which we have tirelessly lobbied for and will cause irreversible damage to out current protected natural landscapes. Furthermore, the Irreversible effects on reducing arable land that has already been deemed inadequate to feed our growing future populations. These changes are obviously thoughtless and have been driven by the aggregate businesses, that have little regard for the environmental footprint they leave behind. I endorse the concerns that have been identified by Ontario Nature in its submission that addresses the proposed changes and hope there is further sensible direction that will not alter the current stewardship that is in place.
