Moving to a digital program to track waste flow is a good idea.
Moving the responsibility for waste administration to non-crown organization is a very bad idea.
It appears that Doug Ford and the conservatives are using the HWIN "modernization" as a vehicle whereby they can weaken the provinces ability to regulate industry - a further example of our pathetic provincial government.
Nothing but sympathy for the hard working and committed government employees who have to sit by and watch the provincial government dismantle our environmental protection institutions.
