Submitting electronic information is more cost effective and efficient, however we will have to see and understand how the information will need to be submitted. Many times the information that needs to be submitted is site specific and it will increase administrative burden on smaller facilities. It could translate on additional cost for the organizations if the administrative cost can't be centralized.
Looking forward to learn more details about the proposal.
