I do believe in continuing…

I do believe in continuing education, however I have a problem with re writing the exam every 5 years. If someone has had limited time to study because of family or personal reasons and they fail the exam then they are potentially out of a job and sometimes they are the only income for the family.
Also the other technicians would have to cover their work which could lead to misapplication of pesticides because of the added work.
