I completely oppose Doug Ford's effort to bring back neonics and introduce pesticides that will drive pollinators to extinction. They will keep small farmers beholden to mega-seed-pesticide corps, poison groundwater, and damage our health and environment. Keeping the Ontario Pesticide Advisory Committee (OPAC) does not duplicate federal pesticide regulations, but protects us against inadequate regulations. What is wrong with the current government. Do they ignore the science purely for short term profit and the long term destruction of everything that fights mass extinction and global warming?
