Get the CA @ Oceans and…

Get the CA @ Oceans and Fisheries out of the drainage process. They do nothing but add extra costs & prolong the work work to fix drainage problems. More input is needed from benefiting owners in a drainage area. They are also anti drainage because their mandate seems that backed up water is good for the environment. We need good ditches & drains as it is so important to the infrastructure of this country. Clean outs of drains should be fast tracked to alleviate flooding problems.
