Please do not allow sprawl. Why plan for development in Greenfield areas if most of our built-up areas are underdeveloped? Please focus ALL growth around transit (which has had good progress with the MTSAs) and built-up, established communities. Ontario's municipalities do not need to prepare more land for development, they already have enough (as long as growth is done through intensification). Overall, please mandate intensification instead of sprawl & greenfield development.
