Municipalities should NOT have more authority in water taking decisions. Water systems extend beyond their boundaries and cannot be treated as closed systems. I do Not support this legislation. I think it would be detrimental to the quality and quantity of our surface and ground water. It is ignorant and negligent of the government to propose such an idea.
