Please consider municipal support to be a critical condition for the new Water Quantity Management Program. This condition will create a better relationship between municipalities and commerical water bottling companies in a progressive manner. It will allow opportunities for transparency, accountability, community building, structure, and compassion from all sides. Opening the lines of communication both ways will invite a partnership with Canada's First Nations People, and bring safe, affordable drinking water to the reserves. It will help to degrade the animosity felt by many, and instead create a positive place of work for the municipality. We need the new Water Quantity Management Program to be rooted in progress and community partnership, this will allow rapid growth and prosperity for all.
