Water is a precious resource and should not be treated as just another commodity, especially by the bottling companies which have had such advantageous deals with local municipalities. I really feel those companies should be paying the same rates as other consumers. Their use of single-use plastic is another strong argument against allowing wholesale water purchases by corporations.
