On behalf of the County of Dufferin Department of Planning, Economic Development and Culture we have the following questions/comments:

1. The Technical Report in support of the proposed population and employment forecasts indicates that forecasting for Dufferin County was influenced by environmental constraints that limit servicing capacity in the County, particularly within Orangeville.
a. Can you confirm that the figures in Schedule 3 assume that servicing capacity within the County is below what the growth forecast would be otherwise?
b. If servicing capacity in primary settlement areas (Orangeville and Shelburne), cannot accommodate forecasted growth, how should the County address this in its growth allocations?
c. If servicing constraints are addressed, what would be the process for updating Schedule 3 to reflect a new servicing capacity?

2. The ERO posting for the proposed Land Needs Methodology provides a description of the methodology, but does not include draft methodology. Can this please be provided for our review?
