Municipality of Brighton Resolution No. CPL.2020-45
“The Council of the Municipality of Brighton generally supports proposed Amendment Number 1 to A Place to Grow: Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe insofar as extending the planning horizon to 2051 and allowing municipalities to use higher growth forecasts than Schedule 3 of the Plan. However, some added flexibility is encouraged in achieving conformity by the upper tier by July 1, 2022within one (1) year of the upper-tier Official Plan coming into effect.”
