Reject amendments on ‘A Place To Grow’. Protect the Greenbelt and prioritize protection of prime farm land over unchecked urban sprawl. Protect habitat for at-risk species and preserve our environment, for the sake of our own health and the health of the planet. Reconciliation with Indigenous peoples does NOT involve denying them the right to free, prior and informed consent regarding their sacred lands.
Ontario must be moving forward when it comes to environmental protections, not backward.
