Please see below the link to York Region’s comments on Proposed Amendment 1 to the Growth Plan and the proposed updated Land Needs Assessment methodology. The Council report was endorsed by Regional Council on July 30, 2020. In addition to this report, Regional Council also directed staff to include additional reports from City of Markham as additional context for Growth Paying for Growth and revenue tools (links also provided below).
