Biogas facilities should be listed as subject to an environmental risk assessment . The effects of cumulative emissions of greenhouse and toxic gasses, and pollution from trucks are high from both point and regional sources to both local and regional air . Ecological and human health effects need to be considered carefully and in depth by an EA.
