Dear "Folks"
This is starting to get ridiculous. There is no need for such extended powers to the MZOs as proposed under Schedule 3 of Bill 257. The hypocrisy of stating it is for the benefit of affordable housing, senior care and the environment is jaw-dropping. This government's overuse of MZOs so far has already proven how unnecessary this change is. Schedule 3 merely provides a means to enact legislation including a Public Policy Statement, which the government has no intention of observing. Drop Schedule 3!!
