I agree with the cap and trade program and tax in Ontario. Paying a little more tax to achieve greater environmental gains is a no brainer. I especially liked that the previous government took the revenue from the tax and distributed it back to the people of Ontario to apply it to green initiatives such as electric cars, new windows and doors and other projects intended to reduce greenhouse emissions. The program was working and it was in compliance with the federal government. Think about our children and grandchildren’s futures. Pay attention to climate change and let us have clean air to breathe. No more law suits please. Put your energy into building up not tearing down. We are all in this together.
