I find it difficult to believe that the Doug Ford Conservative government in Ontario is so misguided to even contemplate biomass electricity generation.
This is environmentally destructive to the wildlife that depend on the forests to live, to the water sheds that will be affected by logging, to the communities who depend on the forest and that water, to the air quality throughout the province and beyond.
Burning wood has a higher carbon footprint and will increase Ontario's rating negatively.
