i believe you should keep cap and trade in place, and move forward using it as one of ontario's levers to fight climate change. tweek it to improve it if you want to make it better. and then add your own ideas to fight climate change. such a waste of time and capital to scrap this plan. as the minister of environment knows climate change is a huge disruptor and threat to canada, ontario.
