On behalf of the Corporation of the Town of Saugeen Shores, I have been authorized to provide comments in support of Bill 13, in particular the provisions related to the Planning Act. The Town supports providing an option to municipalities that allows them to delegate zoning by-laws of a minor nature to a person or committee.
