With the whole world getting into climate change harm reduction, it is a good idea to continue participating.
But more importantly for doubters like the new Ontario government, think of all the job losses you will have and all the unemployment insurance money that will be wasted. Also understand all the lawsuits you will have to fight that will be paid wastefully out of tax money.

You never know some climate change policies might turn out to be good for the citizens. Cleaner air and water may cause less illness and therefore will not need as much medical assistance. This would save all kinds of tax money.
