You should NOT cancel the cap and trade program. IT WORKS!!! Cap and trade provided funding for green programs and encouraged everyone to reduce their carbon footprint. In California climate pollution has dropped below 1990 levels. Since 2004 their pollution is down 13%, while their economy grew by 23%. Ontario's economy was leading all other province's partly because of Cap and Trade. Cancelling a program that was working is simply a terrible idea. Especially, when you don't have any plan to replace it. DO NOT CANCEL CAP AND TRADE. Ontario needs it, Canada needs it, the planet needs it.
