I support keeping the cap…

I support keeping the cap and trade program to support monitoring the big polluters and help climate change initiatives. With recent tornadoes in the Ottawa and Quebec regions, mass flooding that is happening more frequently, crazy weather temp fluctuations in Ontario this summer. Just look at the B.C. Fires this past summer causing havoc, affecting people’s lives, health and safety to first responders and residents not to mention tourism.
We cannot deny that climate change is an issue right now and will cost us if we ignore this.
We need to support measures for change and support green energy programs. We need to consider our children’s futures and look beyond right now. We all need to do our part and sacrifice a little to make a difference.
