Well the new zoning is an mitigated diaster; eliminating R1 zoning will dramatically change the fabric og every major city in Ontario. I've seen first hand how it's ruining Vancouver ani here in Ottawa the Hintonburg neighbourhood is now a mishmash of architectual styles crammed together likes rats in a cage. Hvve we not learned anything from covid? This new bill has the stench of payola.
